Order Processing Time

All orders typically require a 48-hour processing period before shipment. Processing will begin upon receipt of a valid payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. In the event that the availability of any ordered items changes during order processing, we will promptly inform you of any anticipated delays via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Fees

All orders qualify for free shipping, with the exception of certain remote areas where shipping fees may apply. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout to ensure eligibility for the free shipping policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at support@morningblues.com or submit a form here for further instructions.

To expedite the process, please provide the following:

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Keep and photograph the damaged packaging materials and items.
  • Retain a copy of the delivery receipt.

If we confirm the item was damaged or incorrect, you can choose between a refund or a replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs if:

  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • The item received does not match the order.

Please report any damages or missing parts/components within 10 days of receipt. Delayed reports may result in you bearing the cost of the product and/or shipping.

 

Change of Shipping Address

If your package has not yet been shipped, we can modify your shipping address. Unfortunately, once the product is in transit, we are unable to change the address.

If your package is lost, please provide the following information to assist us in processing your claim:

  • Tracking Number: Provide the tracking number for your package.
  • Shipping Platform Screenshot: Provide a screenshot showing the current status of the package to help us confirm its whereabouts.
  • Additional Photos: If applicable, provide any additional photos to help us better understand the situation.

Tax Information

We are committed to providing you with the best shipping options. For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. customers, shipping costs are included in the order total. However, taxes (such as sales tax) are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that sales tax may be automatically added to your order total based on state laws. At checkout, the system will calculate and display the applicable taxes based on your shipping address. We recommend that customers verify the relevant tax policies before placing their order to ensure awareness of any potential fees.
